Learn How To Make Prasadacha Sheera Recipe from The Bombay Chef - Varun Inamdar only on Rajshri Food. <br />Make this simple, quick and easy Suji Halwa for Auspicious Occasion like Ganesh Chaturthi Special at your home and share with us your experiences in the comments section below. <br /> <br />Ingredients:- <br />1 cup Semolina <br />½ cup Ghee <br />⅛ cup Whole cashews <br />⅛ cup Raisins <br />1 cup Milk <br />1 cup Water <br />¾ cup Sugar <br />5 Green cardamoms, ground <br />¼ cup Yellow banana, roughly diced <br />1 large pinch saffron soaked in milk or water <br />8-10 leaves of Holy Basil <br /> <br />Banana leaf <br />Marigold <br />Rose petals <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- In a pan roast semolina on low flame until golden brown in colour. <br />- In another pan melt ghee and fry cashews, raisins and banana in it. <br />- Add the holy basil and stir. <br />- Now add the roasted semolina and stir on a low flame. <br />- Then add milk, water and sugar, mix well and cover wtih a lid. <br />- Cook for 8-10 minutes. <br />- After 3-4 minutes add the soaked saffron and stir. <br />- Continue cooking for the rest of the time on medium flame. <br />- Once cooked, add the ground cardamom and mix well. <br />- Garnish with rose petals and holy basil. <br /> <br /> <br />Prasadacha Sheera is ready! <br />GANPATI BAPPA MORAYAAAAA!!! <br />HAPPY COOKING!!!
